If your doctor agrees, you may obtain repeat prescriptions in one of the following ways:
 

	place in reception	post	fax	internet

• By placing your repeat prescription card in the box in the reception area
   

• By posting your repeat prescription card or request to the surgery (please
  include a stamped addressed envelope if you would like it sent to you)
   

• By faxing a copy of your repeat prescription sheet through to the surgery
   

• Online - click here to order using the internet website

We can arrange for your prescription to be delivered directly to a local chemist, please ask at reception for further details.

We need at least 48 working hours notice (72 hours if to be delivered to chemist).
